The Merna Annals, Season 2, Book 6: Legacy of Lyric and Time

Immortals are legend by their design…

Vampires, werewolves, faeries, catshifters, and dragonkin… indeed. They are real. And Dr. Adira Horowitz works with their queen, without knowing, as professors at Cumberland Valley University in Western Maryland. Dr. Nephtyri Ptolemy-Sinclair, or Dr. Sin, doesn’t look a day over 40something. The same with her husband, Ian. Neither look like vampires, either.

Adira learns of their found family’s plight, the return of magic under the hands of a former ally, the last faerie king—a truth laden in jealousy they did not want to face. Korrin, one of their younger shifters, senses the dawning of a new era, as he and his cousins accept Adira into training with them for a war humans will be taking sides over once again.

Enjoy this dark paranormal romance x portal / urban fantasy by sci-fi/fantasy author, Jenna O’Malley, as The Merna Annals continues after 333 years of mundanity in immortal life. What will Korrin and his fellow younger immortals do, when they realize the enemy’s daughter, the first faerie queen in over a thousand years, is protected by Nephtyri as a work friend? A friend who thinks she is a human, nonetheless.

For fans of The Black Dagger Brotherhood and Vampire: The Masquerade, Legacy of Lyric and Time is a fast-paced, action/adventure romance featuring multiple immortal types and is set in Maryland with magic users, immortals, and healers of the past beyond what the past would not heal itself.
